Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Country Corner is the online trading name of Crop Services (Scotland) Ltd (Registered in Scotland Number 106517) Spylaw Road, Maxwellheugh, Kelso TD5 8DL.  You the customer agree to purchase goods from Country Corner subject to the following terms and conditions which will apply to all transactions.
You must be 18 years and over and must complete the online registration process to purchase goods from Country Corner.  Your details will not be released to any third party.

Ordering, Price and Payment
The Prices as shown on the Country Corner website are the current stated prices for that product.  The prices will be fixed at the point of completing the transaction (payment).
Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax however exclude delivery charges.
Goods are subject to availability, if any goods are not available you will be contacted via email to offer you an alternative product.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
Payment for the whole price of the goods you order will be requested via Paypal or by SagePay on the day of order to cover the costs of goods and delivery.  Methods of payment are as stated in the checkout and must be received before your order can be processed.

On delivery, the goods must be inspected by you or someone on your behalf and a valid signature will be required.  The contract of sale is not complete until you accept the goods at the time of delivery.
You are within your rights to refuse part or all of the goods before signing the dispatch note.  Country Corner will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract of sale has been concluded.
All goods will be delivered in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time.  Our full delivery schedule can be found on our Delivery Information page.
Missing or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, this can be done by completing our returns form found under our Returns Information page.  On assembly, should a part be missing please report to us with a description and we will dispatch replacement goods.
You will only have full ownership of the goods when we have received full payment for the goods including any delivery charges.

We must be notified of returns either by Telephone or email within 14days of receiving your order. All items must be returned with a completed Returns Advice Note, in their original packaging and with original labels within 28 days at a cost to you.  All goods will be inspected before a refund is made, you will receive an email to confirm if you are due a refund.  It is responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the goods and any damaged or neglected goods whilst in the care of the customer may result in a claim.  If in resalable order then no charges will be made and your refund will be made in full (excluding delivery charges)
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of Riding Hats due to them being a safety item.
We do our best to ensure all goods supplied are of the highest quality, however, if you receive an item that is faulty or an incorrectly sent item we can either exchange it for a replacement or give you a full refund including delivery charges upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. Postage paid by you the customer for returning the goods will also be covered up to a value of £6.95 providing proof of postage is supplied.   

Offers and Promotions
Country Corner will have Special Offers and Promotions from time to time.  All email invoices will show the promotion, special offer price.  Please check invoices at time of order.

These terms and conditions and the documents produced in accordance with it comprise the entire agreement between you and Country Corner.  This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Scottish Law.
Goods are intended for use in the UK only and we cannot confirm that the goods comply with any laws, regulations or other standards applicable outside the UK.  All goods are sold in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with goods.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.  Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
This does not affect your statutory rights if you are a customer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
