Have your goods delivered to your door by one of our company vehicles.
We offer our very own delivery service covering the Scottish Borders.
Below is our Local delivery Schedule, should you have any queries about whether we deliver to your area or on what day, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that we do our very best to stick to our delivery schedules however if our busy periods these may differ slightly, should this be the case we would contact you prior to your delivery. Please ensure you place your order before 1pm the day before your scheduled delivery day.
Local Delivery Areas
Monday - Kelso, Earlston, Greenlaw,Duns,Eyemouth, Coldstream & Wooler.
Tuesday - Jedburgh, Hawick, Galashiels & Melrose.
Friday - East Lothian & Lauderdale.
If you do not live in one of our listed delivery areas we can arrange delivery by UkMail Courier or Royal Mail or Palletline for pallets (Please see below for Delivery Charges)

Courier Delivery Charges
Express Delivery (Uk Mail 1-2working days) £9.50 for orders under 20kg
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 4-5working days) £5.00 for orders weighing under 2kg
Pallets (Palletline) any orders over 20kg outwith our local delivery area, a price would need to be got at the time of order.
Any orders placed before 12:00hrs (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same working day (Excludes bank holidays).
If you place your order after 12:00hrs, we will do our best to despatch it the same day but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to despatch the same day, your order will be despatched the next working day.
On delivery, the goods must be inspected by you or someone on your behalf and a valid signature will be required. The contract of sale is not complete until you accept the goods at the time of delivery.
You are within your rights to refuse part or all of the goods before signing the dispatch note. Country Corner will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract of sale has been concluded.
All goods will be delivered in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time. Details of our delivery schedule are below.
Missing or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, this can be done by completing our returns form found under our Returns Information page. On assembly, should a part be missing please report to us with a description and we will dispatch replacement goods.
Please note at this moment we are unable to offer courier delivery on any orders that exceed 30Kg via the website. However should you wish to discuss other options please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Collections
Kelso Branch: Please allow us a minimum of 4 working hours (Mon-Fri) to process your order & have it ready for collection.
Fife Branch: Please note that due to Web Orders being processed in our Kelso Depot, orders must be placed by 12noon on a Wednesday for collection after 12 noon on the following Friday. This is the only collection day we are able to offer at the moment.
We also ask that you bring your order confirmation & one form of identification. You will receive an email to advise you when your order is ready for collection.
Returns Information
We hope that you are happy with your order however if for any reason you are not you can return it, in its original packaging, within 14days for a full refund.
All items must be returned with a completed Returns Advice Note within 14 days at a cost to you. All goods will be inspected before a refund is made, you will receive an email to confirm if you are due a refund. It is responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the goods and any damaged or neglected goods whilst in the care of the customer may result in a claim. If in resalable order then no charges will be made and your refund will be made in full (excluding delivery charges)
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of Riding Hats due to them being a safety item.
We do our best to ensure all goods supplied are of the highest quality, however, if you receive an item that is faulty or an incorrectly sent item we can either exchange it for a replacement or give you a full refund including delivery charges upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
